Project Management Specialist (PMS)
This is a brand focused on training professionals in their respective specialties on how to manage a project throughout its lifecycle, whether using the Waterfall or Agile approach. It is a 35-hour certified course that combines theoretical and practical components.
Upon completion, each participant joins the Specific Interest Groups (SIG) program, where they deepen their knowledge and continuously apply their skills every two years. Participants accumulate 40 CEUs (Continuing Education Units), enabling them to master best practices in Project Management over time.
Project Management Tools Expert (PMTE)
Every Project Manager must stay updated on the world of applications commonly chosen by companies and understand why these are preferred. This certification focuses on mastering the most widely used tools to provide guidance on selecting the most suitable one for a given business.
This is a 30-hour certified course that begins with project management using Microsoft Project. Maintenance is cyclical for one year, during which participants earn an additional 30 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) through annual membership.
The program also delves into the use of other tools, such as Primavera, ClickUp, Trello, Monday, Asana, and more, enabling participants to develop comprehensive expertise in project management applications.
